August 08, 2022 - THAI Travel Vouchers can be managed directly online via the Thai Airways website, where voucher holders can choose to refund, or choose to redeem on airline ticket bookings.

For those seeking to refund existing THAI Travel Vouchers, holders may submit a travel voucher refund via the Thai Airways online refund system. After the online submission request, holders will receive an automated acknowledgement email, though they may still redeem the travel voucher while waiting for the refund. Flight ticket booking can be done on the Thai Airways website directly.

In addition to announcing the ability to refund THAI Travel Vouchers, the airline has announced that redemption of the vouchers has been automatically extended until December 31, 2023. The THAI Travel Voucher redemption period is between 18 February, 2022 – 31 December, 2023.

To redeem the THAI Travel Voucher, simply search for a flight on the Thai Airways International website, select a preferred flight, enter personal details that match the voucher, apply the voucher code (up to 5 vouchers per transaction), and complete the booking. Once the online flight booking is completed, voucher holders will receive a confirmation email and their new itinerary.

For Royal Orchid Plus members only, Economy class passengers earn 25-110% of actual miles flown, while Business class passengers earn 125-150% of actual miles flown.
