At Huma Breath, we want people to feel healthy and happy. We help people easily shift their states and feel like they'd prefer, whether it is to alleviate anxiety and feel calmer, fall asleep faster, gain energy or increase productivity through focusing. With the help of scientists & breathwork experts, we've created custom breathing exercises that help people become better versions of themselves, at an instant.

Huma Breath is the simple and effective companion you can take with you, anytime and anywhere. Our mission is to help you control your mind, body and mood through science-backed breathing exercises.

Huma Breath offers various breathing exercises that help with falling asleep faster, alleviating anxiety, increasing focus, boosting energy, improving physical performance and more. Breathing exercises work by directly influencing your oxygen levels in the blood, which gives you the ability to shift your state literally within a minute or two! We also offer our users 30-90min live & on-demand breathwork sessions, helping our community dive deeper into their psyches or relax deeper into themselves to feel better.

# The Team

We are a young, small and agile team of three based in Istanbul, Turkey and Porto, Portugal. Atakan Yılmaz and Kerem Solmaz have co-founded Huma Breath. They believed in the mission of helping bring breathing exercises to everyone's access. Buğra Göksu has joined the team early on, and is now leading our mobile development efforts. We are a fully distributed team and are on our final years of undegraduate educations. We've started working on developing Huma Breath on December 2019.
