MINNEAPOLIS - March 21, 2021 - A wife was contacted by the police about the death of her husband in their home. The wife retained Minnesota Criminal Defense Attorney Lynne Torgerson on a Pre-Charge Representation basis. Ms. Torgerson invoked wife's Fifth Amendment rights to remain silent and to counsel, and intervened with the police. The police subsequently notified Ms. Torgerson that the wife would not be formally charged. Well done Ms. Torgerson.
