MILWAUKEE - March 8, 2021 - The award-winning Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) celebrates Carol White's 18 years as president & CEO this month. The Brookfield Chamber was founded in 1957.
Carol White, president & CEO of GBCC said, "It has been a true pleasure to be at the helm of GBCC for the past 18 years. The culture we've developed and are known for is top-notch, welcoming, and supportive to the business community. This past year put all of that to the test; we've not only survived, we have thrived."
"While many organizations struggled, or closed, we grew. We have welcomed 117 new businesses to the Chamber during the last year. I can honestly say I look forward to what the future has in store for us – because I know what those plans are," continued White.
White currently serves on the board of directors of the Mid-America Chamber Executives and is a member of the Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Executives, American Chamber of Commerce Executives, and Institute of Organizational Management. She is a past board member of the Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Executives, Elmbrook Humane Society, Elmbrook Hospital Foundation, Elmbrook Rotary Club, and is currently serving as past council president at Christ The King Lutheran Church in Delafield.
