Heartfulness event Reset, Refresh and Re-heart to start 2021

MONROE TOWNSHIP, N.J. & FREMONT, Calif. - Dec. 28, 2020 - Heartfulness, an organization that promotes a meditation practiced by millions worldwide, presents a three-day virtual event Reset, Refresh, Re-Heart December 31 to January 2.

The event hosted by Daaji, guide of Heartfulness, features conversations with enlightened teachers Baba Ramdev, Sister B.K. Shivani and Shri Gaur Gopal Das, moderated by Shekhar Kapur, renowned film director.

The dialogue aims to infuse hope and promote a new path of meditation and yoga in 2021. With yoga and meditation emerging as essential practices for many to battle the challenges of 2020, this program will inspire and motivate many more to adopt these life-changing practices.

Thursday, Dec 31: Yogarishi Baba Ramdev and Daaji on cultivating resilience by practicing meditation and yoga. Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev said, "We have always been blessed to have the art of yoga with us. The pandemic made us realize more than ever, that the practice cannot be put away any longer, it has to be a way of life now."

Friday, Jan 1: Sister B.K. Shivani and Daaji discuss the importance of releasing the past to rejuvenate. Sister B K Shivani commented, "To bring about transformation, we need to form new habits and find a fresh way of looking at how life shaped us. We need to focus our energies and strive ahead with new thinking, not just at the start of the new year but each day of our lives."

Saturday, Jan 2: Shri Gaur Gopal Das and Daaji dialogue on enabling transformation through inner connection. Daaji said, "That which we focus our attention upon gets nurtured. To emerge stronger, our attention has to be on centering, letting go of baggage, and connecting to the highest part of ourselves."
