CHICAGO - Dec. 1, 2020 - Gail Mancuso, a Chicago-based internationally-recognized photographer, is pleased to announce that her works will be featured at the recently opened Springboard Arts Chicago Gallery in Wicker Park.

Mancuso, utilizing a complex process of layering multiple images, creates work for private collections, commercial spaces, museums and public installations. Highly regarded for her "Synchronicity" series of large format photo collages of the world's great cities, including Chicago, New York, London and San Francisco, her most recent evolving series is devoted to a celebration of the female form. Her work has won several international awards and received recognition in Paris, Tokyo, Moscow and various other juried shows.

"Founded by Donna Van Eekeren, a retired CEO and Chicago philanthropist, Springboard Arts Chicago brings a unique perspective to the Chicago art scene, with a focus on education, inclusivity and creativity. "I am thrilled to be a part of this exciting new venture," said Mancuso.

Springboard Arts Chicago seeks to illuminate the impact of art through immersive experiences, inclusive philosophy and sustainable excellence - both within the gallery space and in their relationships with others. The gallery opened on November 28, 2020.
