WASHINGTON - Oct. 7, 2020 - Before the vice presidential debate starts, there will be another one in which smokers (angered over smoking ban and a 50% surcharge), the obese (upset about fat shaming), horny men (who like ladies nights), and others are expected to take on a controversial lawyer who has been called a "Legal Terrorist," "Radical Feminist," the "Osama bin Laden of Torts," a "Legal Bully" and a "Legal Bomb Thrower," a modern day "Hitler," "the Man From F.U.C.K.," a "Dangerous Threat to Capitalism," a "Legal Flamethrower," and worse.
However, the media has labeled him "The Man Behind the Ban on Cigarette Commercials," "a Driving Force Behind the Lawsuits That Have Cost Tobacco Companies Billions of Dollars," "The Father of Potty Parity," the "Dean of Public Interest Lawyers" and "the Fastest Legal Gun in the East," an "Entrepreneur of Litigation," a "Trial Lawyer's Trial Lawyer," and, in the past, one of the "100 Most Powerful People in Washington."
In a controversial webinar tonight beginning at 6:30 PM and ending by 8:00 PM, a leading public interest law professor will explain how he has used law creatively to save millions of lives, end cigarette ads and billboards, win big law suits against McDonald's and Agnew, and establish "Potty Parity," while encouraging his audience of lawyers and others to join him to "Sue the Bastards."
