The upgraded property will reflect a wide range of improvements undertaken at many of the properties managed by the company, and highlights Presidia's commitment to reliable and responsible property management.
"Renovations will include luxury vinyl plank flooring, new appliances, vanities, new lighting, additional upgrades to the residences interiors, improving the exterior of the property and heightening curb appeal," according to Tony Margetta, Presidia's Director of Construction and Renovation.
Margetta has overseen the rehab of multifamily communities throughout the South East consisting of portfolios up to 1,100 units. Models should be available later this year.
