Grant, recognized as one of the world's 10 most influential management thinkers, will present Givers Take All: Creating a Culture of Productive Generosity where he will outline key strategies for building a culture of productive generosity in the education system. He will focus on urging schools to reward givers and challenging takers to adopt new behavior. Grant will also share how education leaders and schools can improve practices around selection and hiring, recognition and rewards, and collaboration and coordination – to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
