BRICK, N.J. - Feb. 27, 2020 - The Brownstones at New Visions took home five awards including Community of the Year during the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey's (SBACNJ) annual FAME Awards (Fabulous Achievements in Marketing Excellence), held on Wednesday, February 26th at the South Gate Manor in Freehold. Among the awards received, was Best Interior Merchandising for a Townhome Community, Best Logo for a Townhome Community, Best Sales Office for a Townhome Community, Sales Team of the Year, and Community of the Year for a Townhome Community.
