February 25, 2020 - O’Donnell & Naccarato Director of Restoration Jason Coleman, PE, CDT, was recently interviewed by NBC 4 New York’s I-Team about New York City’s building façade inspection process. Changes to NY Local Law 11 that govern façade inspections have been enacted as a result of the recent tragedy caused by falling high-rise debris. Jason is one of only about 500 engineers qualified to provide rope access investigations of hi-rise structures, and he provided an overview of the process for the I-team.
