Directed by Sabine Kahwaji, the visual accompaniment to "Apple Pie" beautifully supports the track and Sadé's jazzy vocals. The candid and smooth shots filmed by Kahwaji add to the romantic yet fun theme of the song.
The song is as catchy as it is romantic, and we see that in the video as Awele is singing with her infectious smile! Released in the fall of 2019, "Apple Pie" quickly became a fan favourite with Sadé performing it with a full band at The Railway Stage and Beer Cafe, Elevate Music Festival and at Sofar Sounds.

The striking visuals were directed by filmmaker Sabine Kahwaji, who also directed Sadé's prior music video "Dreams" (May 2019). Kahwaji, who is an up and coming filmmaker, has covered various concerts and industry promotions for high profile subjects. Including Tyler Shaw, Ryland James and Alessia Cara. She recently created imagery for renown artist Kim Petras's "Clarity Tour", as well as Interscope artist Alexander 23's Vancouver, Canada show.
