HOUSTON - Oct. 23, 2019 - Qest Corp (aka InterActive Leisure Systems, Inc. OTCMKTS:IALS) with custodianship granted on April 2nd, 2019, would like to announce the Company's return to the travel sector by offering "Letter of Intent" to privately-owned company well established in the consumer and corporate travel industry.

With locations world-wide, the target company was established over 45 years ago and has an estimated annual revenue of $1.3b. It is considered one of the leading privately-owned travel and leisure companies throughout the United States and has over 2,000 employees.

Upon completion of negotiations, agreement is expected by 1st quarter, 2020. With respect to both parties, details of the "Letter of Intent" have been withheld at this time. Initial site visits and tel-conferences are scheduled.
