Simon's to hit the road with his new food truck to deliver Colombian hot dogs to the masses

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Sept. 3, 2019 - Simon's hot dogs is looking to expand to the food truck market, announces the launch of its site at www.simonshotdogs.net. "Our new food truck is part of the strategy to introduce the Colombian hot dogs to a larger audience," said Felipe Roldan, Manager of Simon's Hot Dogs. "The crowdfunding campaign will give us a terrific opportunity to not only raise money with friends, customers and others backers that support projects like this, but to announce to the public that we will be out on the streets soon. Through the offering, Simon's seeks to raise up to $25,000 to finance the expansion to a gourmet hot dog food truck.

Detailed information about the Company's offering is available on the Simon's Hot Dogs page on Indiegogo crowdfunding page at https://igg.me/at/simonsfoodtruck

The new truck, will offer their popular Colombian hot dogs, other hot dogs creations, crispy fries and Colombian treats such as empanadas. A Colombian hot dogs is topped with sweet pineapple, melted mozzarella cheese, Simon's sauce (Mayonnaise and ketchup based sauce) and crushed potato chips. Crispy fries loaded with toppings such as chili, cheese, bacon ranch, salchipapas (sliced hot dogs & fries) will also be available at the new food truck, where guests can choose between regular fries and special fries. Those who don't eat meat can still eat at Simon's hot dog truck because all the menu will have a vegan version.

The idea for a truck came after some customers began asking often to open in other areas of the Valley, but Felipe said they were not ready to open another brick and mortar location, and they like the idea of mobility and test which spots are better for business, then they decide to give the food truck a chance.

Simon's hot dogs is also offering perks for backers who donate to the Indiegogo campaign, including deals on gift cards, catering packages and t-shirts. "We want to get people that already know our hot dogs involved and take advantage of our perks, and people who have not tried us yet to have the opportunity to eat one of our hot dogs, and for those who will not have the opportunity to try us in the meantime," Felipe asks them to support a small business dream. "We appreciate all the donations and want in return deliver value."

They want to share their Colombian Street food with the world, but for now they said they will start with the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
