The CEO (Sha'Ron Fletcher - Murphy) was born in Northwest Indiana. Most of her adult life she has lived in Indiana until recently she became a dual resident of Nevada and Indiana. Being in the mortgage industry she saw clients with all types of credit come into her office.

In 2006 her passion for her people kicked in and she began to train and educate herself on the credit industry. She learned the laws, the tricks, the games, everything that the creditors and credit agencies do or can do she knows

She vowed that if a client wanted help she would definitely give it, 100 percent without a blink of the eye. A year ago she sat with her team and she gave them the idea that TFG needed their own credit card. The team went to work, they encountered many challenges along the way, but she never wavered.
