How to Ethically Exploit the Senior Care Industry

Over 80% of residential care homes for seniors fail within 5 years. A new book aims to change that. The book -- Assisted Living Confidential: Rarely Used but Highly Profitable Ways to Market Your Senior Care Home -- is free on Amazon until Friday August 21st.

"Most care home owners go into the business with their hearts in the right places. Unfortunately, they often lack the business sense to make the right decisions when it comes to marketing and brand positioning. Those mistakes are the most common reasons why homes fail," says Mike Devaney, the book's author.

The book is a fast, step-by-step guide for improving an existing assisted living home. The tactics recommended in the book respond to the marketing problems the author saw while advising assisted living home owners in 2013/14.

"Some of the suggestions I make are quite radical, but they have to be... in order to take advantage of a soft market. What you have now is a glut of assisted living homes and in most areas, a shortage of potential residents," said Mr. Devaney.

The book hit #1 in three different categories when it was released nearly six months ago. Part of the success tracks with the general interest in all things entreprenurial and real estate. Assisted Living Confidential is free to download in Amazon's Kindle store until midnight, Aug 21st, 2015. The link is: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00U1VKCAG
