The Expo for Property Investment & Crowdfunding or EPIC is the first-ever real estate crowdfunding exhibition in Southeast Asia. This 2-day event strives to boost understanding and appreciation of real estate crowdfunding in Asia and further transparency in the real estate markets in the region. It also aims to link intrepid entrepreneurs, developers, and owners to shrewd professional and individual investors.

EPIC kicks off the first day with a talk from CoAssets on crowdfunding as possibly the next real estate financing innovation. A series of talks follows on the legal implications of crowdfunding, how it’s done overseas, and how effective it really is. A 2-hour Speed Networking Session gives the delegates and attendees the opportunity to make the right connections with up to 12 pre-selected counterparts. A forum moderated by real estate pros end the day's events. The second day gives participants real estate market updates from the region including Australia, the UK, and emerging markets. Dr. Seh Huan Kiat, CTO of CoAssets caps the expo by sharing how to utilize the CoAssets platform to make money.
