This book believes that using a change process or re-engineering can radically change the church for the better. It takes business principles and successes and uses them in a church setting. The result can only be growth and success at every level. It has ideas and concepts that will help grow a vibrant, contemporary church that is Christ centred and people focused.

Tim King was born in the United Kingdom but brought up in Zimbabwe, Africa. He became a Christian in 1975. Tim was ordained into ministry in 1980. As well as being actively involved in Christian ministry in Zimbabwe, he climbed mountains, mentored young people, ran a successful business. In 2000 he moved to New Zealand to be involved in running bible schools, lecturing, itinerant ministry and running leadership seminars. Tim runs the Tim King Leadership Institute designed to revitalise passion, increase skills, build relationships and unleash phenomenal potential that will help build and develop churches, communities and the Kingdom of God. Tim is married to Penny and between them they have six daughters. He is presently researching for his PhD.
