Shandong Binzhou Haosheng Towel Co., Ltd. has more than 360 towel looms, including more than 20 Bijiale rapier looms imported from Belgium, 30 Daonier rapier looms from Germany, more than 160 domestic looms and 156 satin band and jacquard looms of Type 75.
On the basis of the above mentioned equipment, we will build up a large-scale towel production line of middle and high grades. The production line will have more than 600 looms (including advanced rapier looms); furthermore, we will build up a project of 35,000 spindles to form up a complete set of processing line, covering spinning, towel weaving, dyeing and finishing. We can make many series of towel products, such as more weft towels, satin band towels, jacquard towels, pattern dyed towels, cut pile towels, embroidered towels, and many types of products for wash, bath, floor, beaches, blankets, clothes, robes, and others. We make them with many kinds of materials, such as natural color cotton Xinjiang long-staple cotton, zero twist yarn, modal and bamboo fiber. Our products made of bamboo fiber are greatly welcomed because they feature good feeling, pretty color, natural germproof and peculiar smell proof functions, good skin, and others. Now, we can not only sell our products to every corner within our network, but also sell products to many countries and regions, such as Southeast Asia, Europe, America, Japan and Hong Kong.
