Chongqing Bishan Aihua Co., Ltd. is located in Bishan, pearl of western Chongqing, endowed with strategic location, charming scenery, excellent environment and easy transportation. Our company is situated at Bishan-Qinggang Expressway of western Chongqing economic corridor, only 40 minutes' drive away from Chongqing main urban districts. Established in 1996, our company is mainly engaged in the production of planet-gear speed reducers, quill curved-tooth bevel gear speed reducers, JF series of air coolers and fans for cooling towers.
Through years of efforts, our company has developed into a large scale, with total 150 sets of various machines, milling machines, grinding machines, tooth makers and numerical control machines, as well as strong technical strength, 5 senior engineers, 12 engineers and over 200 technical workers. We formulate a perfect quality management system for product quality control and strict inspection standard for finished products and parts. Thus, both the operators and inspectors can abide by specific standards during production, strictly implementing each technical procedures to ensure product quality, with all the unqualified parts not inflowing to the next step and not delivered.
The speed reducers of our company cover 2 families with over 40 specifications. Our quill speed reducers received the national patent in 2000 and the Science and Technology Advance Award by Bishan Science & Technology Committee in 2001. Our company is entitled the key business invitation project of Bishan County and our current annual sales volume reaches 2,000 sets. Our products have been sold to more than 30 provinces, cities and municipalities in China, comprehensively used in industries of chemistry, medical treatment and machinery and some large state-owned companies and the national key projects. We adopt the alloy carburizing and quenching techniques to produce the crucial parts of our products, which realizes a smaller and lighter reducer body under the condition of the same load.
