Our Warranty Policy:
. All the products sold by GoSamrt come with 6 months to 3 years of quality warranty depending on different items. For some products, we will supply free spare parts. Customers
can return the defective items to us and we will send new ones accordingly. For more warranty policy, please contact us by email.
Our Sample Policy:
. For one or two samples with low value, we will send you for free. However, customers should bear the shipping costs.
. For sample charge, we will ask you to pay for it and we will return this charge when you place the order.
. When sending samples by courier, we do not accept freight collection. Please ask your local forwarder to collect the samples.
Our Payment Terms:
. By T/T (30% T/T deposit, balance by T/T against on the copy of B/L if by Sea Shipment, whereas before shipment if by Air.)
. By PayPal (however, customers need to add 4.6% PayPal handling charge)
