INFRASTRUCTURE
Premier is vertically integrated from spinning, weaving, bleaching to full-fledged finished goods production.
SPINNING MILL
The spinning mill spread over build-up area of 190000 square feet is equipped with 25000 spindles and 800 rotors. Our most sophisticated imported machineries have the capacity to produce 14, 000 Kgs of cotton yarn per day.
WEAVING AND QUALITY CONTROL
In weaving, we are equipped with about 700 weaving machines that constitute to the production capacity of 500000 M2 Medical gauze per working day.
The quality control department is equipped with 100 batching and inspection machines with more than 100 girls employed in the quality assurance department.
BLEACHING
We have the unique Swiss made imported machine Rotowa for Medical gauze bleaching. We introduce this system for the FIRST TIME in India. The bleaching process is done as per European / US Pharmacopoeia standard. The machines are fully automatic PLC machines.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD MEDICAL CLEAN ROOM
The finished products are produced in International Standard Medical Clean room of class 100K and 10K.
Premier is the ONLY COMPANY in India producing medical wound dressings in the international standard medical clean room, where the products are not touched by hand throughout the entire process.
Our most modern imported and fully automated machines produce and pack our product range without being touched by hand.
LABORATORY
We are the ONLY COMPANY in India to be equipped with a built-in microbiological lab and chemical lab in 3 different stages of production process.
