Shenzhen Sunbow Insulation Materials MFG. Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. We are mainly engaged in the research & development, manufacture and sale of various insulation materials. Our main products include fiberglass sleeving, teflon tubes, silicone rubber tubes (especially platinum cured silicone tubes), PVC tubes, heat shrink tubes and so on. All of our products have obtained UL and CSA certificates (Certificate No.: E333178-UZIQ2, VW-1 for Flame Resistance Requirement & E333177-UZFT2/8, 200C, 600V for Thermal Resistance Requirement). In May 2012, our products successfully passed CQC certification (Certificate No.: CQC12134072554). Till now, we have been the only fiberglass sleeving manufacturer that obtains UL, CSA and CQC certificates in China. We are the only manufacturer that can provide certificates for all color and maximum size range (from 0.51 to 25.4mm). Also all of our products are in conformance with European RoHS requirement. Furthermore, based on European new requirements, we re-applied and obtained German PFOA and PFOS certificates and European REACH report, showing that our products do not contain 84 high-risk substances.
Our products are widely used in H&N motors, home appliances, electric heating equipment, lighting, electronic instruments, wiring harnesses, transformers, power adapters, communication equipment, high/low voltage power distribution equipment, petrochemical industry, coal-mining industry, electric systems, aviation area, etc.
Due to the expansion of our business, our factory was moved to Guangming New District in Shenzhen. Our factory occupies a floor area of nearly 10,000 square meters. In Sep. 2009, we successfully passed ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification. Now we are applying for ISO14001 certificate.
