Step 1. Market analysis:
We start by gathering essential data from the market you want to penetrate.
We make an initial market evaluation of competitors, general price levels,
distribution structures and potential trade shows.
Step 2. Lead generation:
We have acces to large databases of European companies. We select specific
target groups of potential agents, distributors or other representatives.
Step 3. Lead qualification:
By this stage your European Sales Office is ready to go and we will.
- call prospective companies on your behalf to introduce your product(s)
- send them information about your products and promote unique selling points
- follow up to see whether they are interested in your products
- visit potential companies on behalf of your company
You will receive a report of the potential new businesspartners and details about
the companies background, contact information on each lead, such as the size of the company, the number of years in business, core product or service lines; and capability to provide after-sales service
Step 4. Meet potential agents/distributors:
If necessary we will schedule appointments for you with prospective agents, distributors or strategic business partners that would like to visit your company. The aim of these visits is to meet these new businesspartners and in order to see your company/factory and products. If you would like to visit these new businesspartners we can also help you to arrange and schedule this for you.
Step 5. Evaluation:
We evaluate together with you and determine which approach and route to take.
At this stage we will also follow up on the sales calls and visits in order to get them into business. We keep contact with the new businesspartners in order to strengthen the relationship and to expand the business.
Step 6. Financial Our pricing is based on an initial start fee and a commission structure.
