Tieling Lester Valve Co., Ltd. is one of the largest valve manufacturers in China. Lester was established in 2002 with registered capital of RMB 30,500,000 which located in Tieling Maoshan Industrial Zone of Liaoning Province in China, and total annual sales volume is more than US$100 million. We will be Company Group and public company in 2012.
Our company has more than 280 workers including 20 senior engineers with 90% of management have associate degrees. Our company covers an area of 160,000 square meters with construction area of 80,000 square meters. There are more than 1000 sets of equipment and over 300 different types. We can manufacture valves of gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, cast iron of low alloy corrosion-resisting, cast copper, cast steel and alloy steel etc. Our annual casting capacity is 15,000 tons and annual machinery manufacturing capacity is 18000 tons.
Our products include butterfly valves, gate valves, check valves, globe valves, regulating valves, air valves, ball valves, plug valves, penstocks and extension joints. Working temperature is within -196~+1250 degrees Centigrade and working pressure is within 0.01~64Mpa. Nominal diameter is DN15-6000mm.
The suitable medium includes clear water, sewage water, sea water, oil, air, high temperature furnace gas, steam and all kinds of corrosive liquids. The driving mode includes manual, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric-hydraulic. In accordance with the requirements of clients, we can produce EN, ISO, API, ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS and GB valves. Our products are mainly applied in hydropower station, nuclear power station, thermal power station, water plant, sewage treatment plant, gas, aviation, metallurgy, petroleum chemical, mining mountain, water conservancy and so on.
Our products have been granted various awards for scientific and technological achievements, such as National invention patents and Utility model patents. Lester had R&D one kind valve with nickel chromium cast iron, which is very resistant to corrosion of alkali, salt, acid and sea water. Also Lester has established large scale valve testing base.
Lester Valve Co., Ltd. is a joint venture with U.S.A. Lester Valve Co. LLC and was restructured from the original Tieling Valve Factory which had a long production history of more than 70 years. We has ever taken part in the project of " Water Diversion Project "and also the main supporter of "China GasGroup" and "China National petroleum Corporation." Tieling city is a birthland of low-pressure and large-diameter valves in China. This land has witnessed many firsts of the valve development history. Up to now Tieling valve manufacture has been still leading the development trend of Chinese manufacture in low-pressure and large-diameter valves.
