Stoper AS is established by Ravago Building Solutions Co. as the new production and distribution base of bituminous waterproofing membranes in Turkey with the premise of cost effective & instant supply of high quality membranes to Europe and Middle East markets.
With an over 5 billion Euro annual turnover through its 200 member companies and 4.000 employees at 50 different countries, Ravago Group provides Stoper with a long standing industrial and commercial experience, knowledge and know how on waterproofing business.
The latest technology production line, set up by Italian Boato International S.p.A. company, allows Stoper an annual production capacity of 12.000.000 sq. on a plant built on 23.750 sq., with 7.100 sq. closed area.
At its fully equipped laboratories, managed by an experienced engineer team, Stoper strictly complies with quality control, quality assurance, R&D and continuous improvement policies at all level of its processes.
Stoper laboratories are eligible to:
* perform all the tests required by EN standards at its own facility
* minimize the costs and increase the price/performance excellence of Stoper membranes thanks to the 6 Sigma design and management in its laboratories
* run innovative R&D activities to introduce the sector with multipurpose new generation products such as SolarStoper, NanoStoper and SilentStoper.
As located in the intersection point of European, Asian and Middle Eastern highways, railways and seaways, Stoper enjoys the advantages of fast and cost effective deliveries to the region directly from its production facility in Kocaeli, the manufacturing capital of Turkey.
