Our products are widely used in aerospace, military, metro and large building construction. Our products are exported to overseas countries and regions, like the USA, Japan, Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Denmark.
Our company now has 23 sets of extrusion presses, including 660-ton, 880-ton, 1800-ton, 3000-ton, 4000-ton, 4400-ton, 5500-ton, 6000-ton, 7000-ton, 8000-ton, 9000-ton and 10,000-ton. The 10000-ton press can extrude super large profiled products with the maximal width of 970mm, the maximal diameter of 600mm and the maximal length of 30m. Our total annual output is 100,000 tons of building and construction extrusion materials, door and window profiles, certain walls and industrial profiles. Our annual output is 2,000,000 pieces of aluminum copper heating radiators. 2 full automatic lines of oxidation, staining, electrophoretic painting, heat insulation compounding and powder painting, and wood and grainy painting can do the mill finish process for structural profiles, industrial profiles and radiators to meet customers' personal requirements. 5 sets of 30-meter axe machining centers from Fooke Germany, and walking welding robots newly developed by Cloos Germany can do high precision machining for all kinds of industrial profiles, with the annual output of 3000 sets of rail vehicle system components and modules, and 5000 side-open vans.
Conglin can design and make high-quality aluminum extruding dies with the help of CAD, CAM and Three-Dimensional System, which are used in the whole digital control lathe made by Japan, Israel and Germany. Scanning systems, direct reading spectrograph, mechanical property testing machines, metallographic testing systems, bending test machines and Ultrasonic explore equipment can provide a full range of inspection for products before, during and after the production process.
Our company passed ISO9001 quality system in 1997. In 2004, the 10000-ton press was awarded the "National Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress Grade I".
