Established in 1999, our company covers an area of 49,950 square meters, with building area of 31,250 square meters and 350 employees, among whom 30 are engineering technical personnel of middle and senior level and 20 are managerial personnel.
At present, our company possesses 112 equipment professionally producing bearings, 4 forging lines, 6 lathing lines, 4 heat treatment lines, 8 grinding lines, 2 assembling lines, and 118 testing devices. 98% of our equipment is in good condition. Our company can independently conduct forging lathe processing, heat treatment, grinding processing and manufacture. For the range of processing, we can produce tapered roller bearing in series of more than 200 models with outside diameters of 20mm-250mm in 3 accuracy ratings of PO, P4 and P6. We can annually produce 2 minion sets of bearings with output value of 80 million Yuan. Our products are mainly used in fields of heavy duty cars, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, mining machinery and machine tools, being able to meet demands of suiting principal machines and maintenance.
