3S Textile and Apparel Shijiazhuang Co., Ltd was established in 1998, located in Shijiazhuang city, the capital of Hebei province in China. Our company is ISO9001, OEKO-TEX I/II , BSCI and WRAP certificated.

We are specialized in producing rainwear, outdoor apparel, fashion apparel, kid's wear, work and safety apparel, to mention a few.

Our products are exported to all over the world. Our most important markets are European and North American. Our turnover in 2018 was ＄30 million.
We have our own research and development department and a team of professional designers waiting for you to make our customers' dream clothes come true. We have stable factories. Our company owns two factories in China, which were audited by BSCI and SMETA, and also oversea factories in Bangladesh, Vietnam and India.

In order to expand business, in 2017 year we opened our branch company S&Y Splendor GmbH in Germany. S&Y company's main goal is to improve our market presence in the European Union and getting OEM/ODM orders.
