Preformulation:
Development of appropriate dosage form is an integral process where preformulation is considered as its first step.

Physical characteristics of Active ingredients such as particle size analysis bulk and tap density, compressibility, degree of hygroscopy, solubility and solid state stability.

Formulation:

Formulation is the main step in product development process, as it is known the variables in formulation optimization are the levels of excipients.

Formulation studies of dosage forms which are conducted at our firm include; flow behavior of powder mix, compressibility, physical appearance of product (capping, sticking), hardness, friability, viscosity of mix, clarity, pH and many other factors.

Manufacturing:

Manufacturing is a critical stage where the formula is transferred from lab scale to production scale; there are many factors which affect the success of this stage such as production environment, machines, skills of production operators etc.

We know the importance of all these factors and their effect on the consistency of production process and the quality of products; therefore we present our theoretical and practical experience to clients and aid them till the production formula and manufacturing instructions are set and validated through manufacturing of three consecutive production batches in accordance with cGMP regulations and international standards.

Our services go beyond validation stage; we cooperate with our clients to overcome productions troubles and difficulties which may face them throughout regular work.


Product Testing:

Product testing is a stage where the product is tested for compliance with product specifications which are set according to international pharmacopeias.

Our analytical team lends a hand to our clients in this field by providing validated methods for physical and chemical tests of the pharmaceutical products, these tests include weight variation, content uniformity, hardness, friability, disintegration, dissolution, assay, related substances and stability.
We refer to international pharmacopeias such as USP, BP and EP and dedicated references in development and validation of analytical methods.

Documentation:
