Since 2003, Relux has doubled its production annually to become the second largest memory foam manufacturer in China with an exported value of goods exceeding 35 Million USD.
Currently the factory produces its memory foam and standard foam products at its 130,000m2 plant in China, which will be expanded to 250,000m2 by the end of 2010.And the area of warehouse is 6000m2 now.
The factory has about 800 workers and will attract more talented people to join in. And the company has practiced 5S management to improve the all-round development of workers.

In 2006 Relux developed its own CNC foam cutting machine company to not only supply its own growing needs, but also supplies nearly 80% competing foam factories in China with CNC equipment.

Unlike many mattress companies that outsource their foam, Relux controls the quality and formulation of their own foam, and even produces some of their own machinery.
Many leading mattress companies and their agents have authorised Relux to produce OEM products for them.
We currently produce many types and densities of foams including specialty foams such as environmentally friendly foams, and bamboo charcoal infused foams according to the strictest European and US standards . We produce only the purest and best quality foams.
Computer Technology:
Computer controlled equipments ensure consistent quality and manufacturing efficiency. ISO and AQL Quality Assurance processes and procedures are implemented throughout the manufacturing plant.
