Zhejiang JinAn Auto Parts Co., Ltd. established on August, 1994,engaged on manufacturing civil pipes, some trucks and farm auto pipes and pipe fitting, registered capital is 4.5 million. Since 2002,we committed to car pipe and pipeline assembly production and development especially the cars, commercial vehicle, Aspirin Isuzu truck parts, civil pipes occupancy fall from 70percent in 2000 to 25 percent in 2002. Recently, with collaboration engineering and self- developing, establish good cooperative relationship with domestic well known corporation, such as Chongqing ISUZU Auto Corporation,Hainan Mazda Auto Corporation,Jiangxi Transit Auto Corporation,Chongqing Cummins engine Corporation,Jiangxi ChangHe Auto Corporation and ChangHe Auto engine Corporation,Guizhou Ssang Yong Plane Manufactory etc. Company scale are growing steadily,Leading products successively through Europe 2,Europe 3 standard examination. We develop speedy especially on auto pipe fittings developing and manufacturing with above companies. We were shocked heavily by world financial crisis on 2008,but we made countermeasure on expanding commodity category which make our turnover rise. The amount of sales overfulfil than 16.5 million,up18.7 percent than 2007.
In order to seek for greater progress in 2008,our factory moves to a new place where covers an area of 7500M2 and plant area is 4800M2. The new factory is designed and built by ISO14001 standard. Many customers regard it as tidy,cleanlily,beautiful,pro-environment.
We have 80 employees,including senior engineer,3 engineer. We set General Deparment,Production Department,Technology Department,Quality Control Department,Sales Department,Financial Department,Foreign Trade Department and 4 manufacturing shop.
We successfully pass GB/T 19001 -2000-ISO 9001-2000 standard management system certification in 2003. Due to the need of auto industry,we also successfully pass TS16949quality system certificationin2007. At the same time,we highlight the importance of quality management and establish the managing rules which include purchasing,producing,inspection,Sales and enlarge rewards and punishment strength on each chain,procedure,department which makes our factory more standard,normalize,procedure. Each product we manufacturing must pass first inspection,in-process quality control,especially the tube series which must pass prescriptive pressure test to ensure our products can fully satisfy requirements of every customer. Therefore,we can guarantee the reliability of our outgoing products.
