Kishida Company has been manufacturing tableware for more than 100 years since early Meiji era(1877), supporting traditional industries of Japan.

There has been a local climate in this area since more than 600 years ago to value traditional techniques to craft lacquer ware, blades, earthenware in particular and the area from Hokuriku to Mino has been regarded as the most important area in the whole country in this respect.

Our company is also making efforts day and night to maintain and bring up these valuable techniques.

Moreover there are some that can be hardly repaired depending on the materials used. If special care for that is not taken, it cannot be used for a long time.

Periodic followups(current status surveys) are conducted by the clients management(via user registration) for the customers who have bought our products.

The date of purchase, your country name, your name, e-mail address, occupation and where to use the product(occupational use or private use at home) are to be registered. Information on new products is periodically sent, which is not only to promote sales by any means but to check if problem has risen while in use.

With regard to personal information our company takes a thorough responsibility for the protection, control, operation and use as its social responsibility.

If the product is sent back when it experiences any breakage[blade chipping], failure in cutting [blade getting rounded]and the like, our company will inform you after verification by e-mail whether it is repairable and how much it will cost to be repaired.

When we receive the payment for the return shipment and repair, it will be repaired and returned to you. If it is not repairable, we shall discuss what to do as the matter of course and whether we should dispose of it or return it to you as it is.
