Leaf Springs

We make a full range of conventional leaf springs, parabolic leaf springs, Z-type leaf springs and V-type leaf springs. The products are used in heavy duty trucks, trailers, light duty trucks and other vehicles. All products are exported to overseas markets, such as Asia, Europe and North America. We can produce over 25,000 tons per year with general capacity. The raw materials we use are SUP7, SUP9, SUP9A, SUP10, SUP11, SUP11A and 50Cr4. Thickness is from 6mm to 40mm.

Wheel Rims

Wheel rims are for tube steel wheels and tubeless steel wheels. Our production lines can produce different types of wheel rims, including wheel rims for heavy duty trucks, trailers, light duty trucks, buses and cars.

Sizes of tube steel wheels are from 5.50x16mm to 8.5x24mm; sizes of tubeless steel wheels are from 17.5x6.00mm to 22.5x11.75mm. We also supply demountable wheel rims of 8.25x22.5mm and chrome wheel rims of 8.25x22.5mm. We can produce over 2,000,000 pieces for different sizes per year.

We also supply materials of leaf spring flat bars and bushes, U-bolts & king pins of different sizes.
