Founded in 1951, we started to make clothing for the export in 1959, and gained the power to be engaged in export trade in 1988. Hebei Minglu Clothing Group Company (formerly known as Shijiazhuang Municipal Xihua Garments Factory) is an export-oriented enterprise with modern management. Our company has about 800 personnel and over 600 pieces of imported equipment. Our fixed assets amount to 59.5 million RMB, and the gross value of industrial output reaches 50 million RMB. Our company produces both knitted and woven garments, such as shirts, pants, shorts, pajamas, parkas, work wear, casual wear, denim wear, water-proof wear, children's wear, down wear, woolen coats and more. We have set up a foreign office in Australia, and realized transnational management.
We have introduced advanced equipment, such as computer embroidery machines, computer cutting machines, curing ovens, sprayer machines, iron machines and seam-sealing machines according to clients' requirements. Moreover, equipped with static electricity detectors, pull detectors, needle detectors and other machines, our company has developed pure cotton wrinkle-free series products with the brand of "Minglu", among which Minglu pure cotton wrinkle-proof shirt has won the international award, and has been named as "Specially Protected Famous Brand of Hebei Province" by the provincial government. Our pure cotton wrinkle-free series have been exported to clients in France, Australia, Demark, Canada, the USA and other countries and regions, and have won the appreciation of our customers.

In 2000, "Minglu" was listed among the first in clothing industry of Hebei Province to attain ISO9002 quality system certification, and our pure cotton wrinkle-free shirt making technique gained the patent by State Patent Bureau. Our "Minglu" brand shirt has been awarded as "China Top Brand" since 2004. We attained ISO9001:2000 Management System Certification in August 2007.
