Yonggao Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and is one of the largest bases of China in the production of chemical building materials. The head office of our company is located in Taizhou, near Ningbo and Shanghai. Our factory covers an area of 66700 square meters, including more than 50000 square meters of building area. The number of our employee is 1100 and the total capital is USD 34 million.
In our company, there are more than 46 plastic extrusion production lines and 150 injection machines. Our technology power is in the advanced level in this line of our country. We mainly produce "ERA" brand PVC-U water supply and drainage pipes and fittings, insulation conduits and fittings for electrical installation, plastic valves and fittings, profiles for plastic-steel doors and windows, PP-R cold and hot pipes and fittings, CPVC cold and hot water pipes and fittings and underground PVC-U rib pipes and DWP pipes, with an annual production capacity of 60000 tons.
Since the foundation of our company, we have been making an effort to fulfill the strategy of "science and technology improvement and creating a famous brand". Insisting on the "Quality first and Customer superior" policy, our company continuously improves technology and management and develops new products. Thus, we have been developing rapidly and healthily for nine years. Our products sell well in more than twenty countries in the Middle East, Europe and America.
"ERA" brand PVC-U pipes and fittings were listed as "science and technology advanced products" and the recommended products for national housing development" by the Ministry of Construction in 1998. In 1999, our factory was listed as "Three Star Enterprise of Zhejiang". Our products of "ERA" brand were awarded as "Zhejiang Famous Brand Products" and passed ISO9002 quality system authentication and product quality authentication. In 2000,"ERA" brand was awarded as "Zhejiang Famous Brand". In 2002, our company passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification.
Since entering into the new century, our company has developed production bases in Shanghai and Shenzhen separately. One is Shanghai Gongyuan Building Material Development Co., Ltd., which has total investment of USD 22 million and covers an area of 8700 square meters. Our company imports production lines from Canada and Germany for large mouth rib pipes and double-wall corrugate pipes. The other one is Shenzhen Yonggao Plastic Industry Development Co., Ltd., which has an annual production capacity of 15000 tons for smooth plastic plumbing products.
In 2003, we set up a new factory specialized in making high quality electric switches and sockets. Furthermore, we established Yonggao New Industrial Park, covering an area of 200000 square meters, with a total investment of USD 42 million. We aim to become the top-ranking company in our country and a large-scale modern group company of chemical building materials.
