Shaanxi Zhongheng Grain and Oils Engineering & Research Co., Ltd. (former Shaanxi Institute of Oil Engineering which belongs to Shaanxi Academy of Grain & Oil Science) is specialized in the oil and protein industry.
As a high-tech company, we have strong ability both on technology innovation and product research, especially in the field of degossypolisation, deglucosinotation and protein concentration. In 2005, we developed one-step degossypolisation technology and put it into production. The patent technology is mature and has already been put into production. Recently, we have developed new technology of rapeseed deglucosinotation, alcohol leaching soy protein concentration (ALSPC) and alcohol leaching rapeseed protein concentration.
Promoting the development of oil industry is our first priority. For technology, we have strong design ability and mature engineering experience in oil press, extraction, refining, dewaxing, fractionation and nutrition improving. For plant type, we can not only design oil plants which process soybeans, rapeseeds, cottonseeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts and palms, but also design factories for special oilseeds, like linseeds, corn shoots blanks, safflower seeds, grape seeds, walnuts, almonds, basil, castors and jatropha seeds. Besides, we offer consummate services of meticulous design and engineering. We have gained great popularity among our customers.
We have a complete administration system, strong research & design ability and professional engineering technicians. We have engineering centers and technology research & development centers. They are supported by design department, engineering department, marketing department, research & development department, central laboratory and other departments.
Our staff is formed with 3 professors, 4 senior engineers, 6 engineers and 38 technicians. Besides above mentioned, we have our own equipment factory. The factory has gained qualification certificates on pressure vessel design and passed ISO9000 quality certification.
